tonight i went to dinner with my great friend betty and her mom, along with her mom's friends to celebrate the last day of the lunar new year. we had lots of delicious chinese dishes and humorous conversations in mandarin and broken english. right now, i am soooo full. earlier today, i had a nice chat with a friend in germany. it was really nice chatting and hearing his voice. he's hoping to come out for a visit next month. and we've decided to meet up for dinner and take a drive. it's something i'm really looking forward to. matthias, thanks for being such a sweetheart...
